That Henry Cavill had to bulk up significantly for his role of Geralt of Rivia? It’s hard to imagine that an actor who had previously played Superman would be asked to bulk up for a role, but this was the case with Henry Cavill who, in an interview with The Telegraph, revealed that he was expected to bulk up his body to “CGI levels of muscularity” for Netflix’s fantasy show The Witcher. Never one to shy away from a physical challenge, Cavill gladly put his body through its paces in order to achieve the chiseled physique seen in the show. Cavill has gone on record to say that the body he achieved for The Witcher was the best shape he has ever been in.

Some shirtless scenes would have made it worth it and have him repairing his armor or clothes for it. Instead they stressed him out took him away from his friends the women who needed a strong role model and ruined his work. People dont realize how much this affects everyone around him. Freya Allen doesn't have a father and someone like Henry there to teach her that is important. She has now had to live through 2 divorces and both times lost the father figure. I am willing to bet money if he stayed and they did 5 seasons of an actual great show Freya Allen would be a great young women and respectful. Give it a few years and she will probably be just like eveyone else sold and stripped of any morals convinced to do nude scenes in movies for "realism" for some sick producer who just wants her naked

@@OGslays I think he is a dedicated actor and that's what his passion is. It wasn't a waste whatsoever. His charisma with the other actors alone caused so many people to fall in love with him as Geralt in the series, and because he was already a huge fan of the books and game, he was made for the role, and he portrayed it beautifully. I feel his reason for leaving being that he respected the source material SO much he couldn't stand to act out anything less, which is what the stupid producers want. It sucks that it really feels like the show is over and had only began, but so many parts of it stick with me especially as im reading the books. He is truly brilliant. I haven't been so invested in a story since Game of Thrones, and this is more intimate feeling.

They're so afraid of masculinity nowadays you have actors like Henry cavill demanded to be in incredible shape but waste it not showing what someone with that strength looks like. It's like when you see some rich tard buy a super car but he never goes over 50 because he doesn't even know what he's driving. It's just wasted potential for many things. Superman movies JL movies Witcher Warhammer, literally a dozen IPs could make billions from him because he is the embodiment of a strong good man. Instead we'll probably get Dillian Mulvane ina Marvel movie before we get another great superman

he hasn't, it's visible through his physique, either that or it's been very low amounts that wouldn't affect much, people like chris hemsworth their use is very clear and obvious and honestly a little insulting that they're not open about it. Cavill as far as i know is well known in the biz to be one of the few larger built actors that isn't on roids, actors such as chris hemsworth, sylveter stalone, the rock (despite denying it, you aint fooling no one mfer), and lots more who are known to take peds and hgh
