@@daytontane2606 And even though she was one of Bjorn's weaknesses (womanizing) we cannot forget Gunhild. (BTW, the actress who plays Gunhild is really Norweigan, was an Olympic swimmer, AND her REAL last name is, get this, "Ragnarsdottir," that's right, Ragnar's daughter!!! Talk about being BORN for a certain role!) SHE was truly meant to be Bjorn's life partner. She alone was made of the exact same cloth as Lagertha-- but without the jealousy gene. That she chose to "swim to Valhalla to be with Bjorn," rather than be one of two queens of Norway to Harald Finehair's king, says it ALL. Lagertha partnered with a few other men, that's how she became an Earl after all, and at least one woman in the years after she left Ragnar. Her loyalty to Bjorn was made of even stronger stuff than Lagertha's loyalty to Ragnar.
