As a collector of Motown records and also a musician, my eyes always went to the name of the songwriter under the title of the song on the record. I've listened to such wonderful gems as "Two Lovers" or "The Hunter Gets Captured By The Game" written for Mary Wells and The Marvelettes with their intriguing story lines, composed by Smokey Robinson. He has also written many other great songs, too numerous to mention. All I can say that he is truly an inspiration for other songwriters, to try to achieve the level of excellence in their craft as he has done. Thank you for sharing your gift with us, Smokey! 🎶
