Welcome to Paidon's new program! ...which doesn't have a name just yet (I'm out of ideas at the moment but you can leave suggestions for our new program name in the comments section below! I'm counting on you guys!)
I believe that other than eating amazing dishes worldwide, we should also strive to understand the various ingredients that would eventually end up in our bellies!
This video features my favorite shop - Matcha contemporary bar (MTCH.BKK). They recently moved to expand their business plus there's plenty of parking space! They're located at soi Ari. P'Jew, the owner, will give us greater knowledge about matcha and its origins, and also enlighten us with his motivation and love in brewing matcha. Enjoy the video and maybe it might just make you love matcha as well!

ชาเขียวเป็นแบบใบชาชงก็มีค่า แต่มัทฉะ คือชาเขียวที่เลี้ยงด้วยเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้แล้วเอามาบดเป็นผงค่า ประมาณนี้ๆค่า😜😍

อธิบายแบบบ้านๆนะคะ มัจฉะ..คือ.ใบชาที่ถูกบดเป็นผง ชาปกติ..คือ..ใบชาแช่น้ำร้อน ฉะนั้น..มัจฉะจะมีเอกลักษณ์คือความเฝื่อนปนขมนิดๆปนผงๆ(แล้วแต่คุณภาพใบชา)..ส่วนอย่างไหนอร่อยกว่าเราว่าแล้วแต่คนชอบค่ะ..แต่ส่วนตัวชอบแบบมัจฉะ(ที่ชงเอง)มากกว่าค่ะ..

มันต่างตั้งแต่วิธีการปลูกแล้วค่ะ เก็บก็เก็บแค่ยอดใบอ่อนเท่านั้น มันแทบไม่มีอะไรเหมือนเลย นอกจาก มีจากต้นชาเหมือนกัน นอกนั้นต่างหมด
