I honestly dont understand why they arent completeing the series. The series popularity has boomed in recent years (given Star Wars is once again maintsream) with the greater general public. I believe there may be some issue in production, either it is too expensive or cartoon network owns the character models. The could easily continue the series with the Rebels animation style if they have to.

leon Shepard I think they definitely will maybe after Rebels and the one after is finished (presumably between VI and VII).There is no reason why they wouldn't. Most of the basic animations were finished and it as an extremely popular show.

+BetweenTwo Lungs Warner Bros. has the rights to The Clone Wars series and it's assets, I believe. And even if the show was continued, the animation would dip in quality since George Lucas wouldn't be the one funding the show. The Clone Wars is being continued in various forms. Just not as a TV series.

As I stated. The could easily continue the series with the Rebels style of animation. While Son of Dathomir and Dark Disicipleare great comics/books they really need to be animated (especially given the significance of Dark Disciple to Ventresses story). Futhermore the loss of the rest of Clone Wars of series in canon is really starting to show; the lack of the Seige of Mandalore is a major issue. Much of Rebels plot spawns from that arc: The state Mandalore, Ahsoka and Mauls realationship, Bo Katans status etc. The lack of the rest Clone Wars in the clone wars in canon is futher highlighted as we have canon content for minor stories (The Chewbacca comic functioned to explain why he never had a Medal in ANH). I feel the Seige of Mandlore is a lot more important to Star Wars canon than that story point.

The deleted scene where Maul and Savage had Sidious against the wall (for a brief time) should of been included in the CW series. Yes Sidious is more powerful then both of them but it would be cool to see! Especially when Sidious used force lighting on both of them.

Kit Fisto is so damn cute in Clone Wars. He's such a light-hearted, yet professional Jedi Master, though I was a tad annoyed by his minimal issue with his apprentice's death. Didn't seem to have much effect on him, though it wasn't his fault and the two had grown quite distant.
