I mean depends on character. I have tilt stick selected for the past month or so, but all I use it is for pivot cancel f tilt, and it makes me drop a lot of combos like greninja up smash combos or yink drag down fair combos. In general I don’t get the hype around tilt stick

you can do it with tilt stick, however it is very difficult. this tech is kinda just a “show your friends” tech
