Bhaiya chemistry nahi hoti I am preparing for jee dream iit delhi please give some tips for doing chemistry .
@arpitharit-iitdelhi24923 жыл бұрын
Physical Chemistry-This seems to be the easier part of chemistry.If you 're good with physics and maths ,then, there are high chances that you will excel in it. Invest time on mole concept and stoichiometry.Many other chapters like gaseous state,chemical kinetics,colligative properties, just seem to be an extension of it.Chapters like ionic equilibrium and electrochemistry are on the tougher side,but are in a way inter related. You can refer to RC Mukherjee for both theory and problems.N.Awasthi is also a good choice as it contains ample of challenging questions. Organic Chemistry-Here comes the most conceptual and tricky part of Chemistry.The most important part of organic chemistry is GOC(Resonance,hyperconjugation,inductive effect,mesomeric effect,reaction intermediates) and isomerism.If you're good at it almost 60 per cent of the part is done.Also be very thorough with reaction mechanisms so that there is less to memorize.Organic chemistry is 70 per cent concept and 30 per cent memory.For theory,I only went through coaching notes which I think is sufficient.You can also refer to books like LG Wade and Solomon's if you consider it necessary.For basic level problems (JEE Mains) you can go through DK Singh.I also solved Allen Modules which seemed sufficient for JEE Advanced as well.Also,refer MS Chauhan only if you are aiming an under 100 rank,or else don't go for it cuz it contains a lot of out of syllabus and mind boggling questions,which can be really demotivating if you happen to be a beginner. Inorganic-Nothing much you can do here. It solely depends on hard you can mug things up. Trust me NCERT is enough for Mains as well as Advance.If you are enjoying it (which is highly unlikely) you can use JD Lee. I am grouping Chemical Bonding,Periodic Properties,and Co-ordination Compounds as Physicoinorganic.These chapters are conceptual,easy,thus scoring. Be strong with these as they are marks for free. Apart from all these you MUST solve past year JEE Problems as they give a nice idea about what kind of questions JEE asks and understand the concepts behind it.

@arpitharit-iitdelhi24923 жыл бұрын
Be with the class from now on - Never lag behind from now on. I mean to say that if electrostatics is going on in Physics class and you are stuck with previous work of Thermodynamics, then you are in trouble. You already have a lot of backlog, it’s better not to increase it now. Divide and Conquer - Divide your days perfectly. Devote 2-3 hours each day to complete your backlog. Rest of the time should be exclusively reserved for present homework. Don’t be in a hurry now - Don’t think that you can complete your “huge” backlog within a month. It will take time but if you will keep believing and following things properly, it will get cleared sooner. Take up one chapter at a time - Don’t juggle around here and there. Don’t get confused with questions like “How to start?” “From where should I begin?”. Start with your favourite subject. If you love maths the most, then take up the most easiest chapter left and start solving it. Take your time but solve the material honestly. I am saying to start off with easiest and favourite topic because this will give you confidence and once you become confident, you can do anything or probably most of the things. Present is majority, past is minority - Your major time each day should spend on solving what’s going currently in class. It’s not that you will spend your whole day in trying to clear previous work. This will lead to nothing because once this backlog gets cleared, you will have a new one and trust me if JEE journey becomes a backlog cycle, then you are in a big big trouble. Don’t panic - There is no point of taking stress now. You have done a mistake but the good thing about all this is that you know you have done a mistake and want to correct it. Be calm, be patient. Everything will be fine. For turtles - This point is for people who take time while solving a problem. See if your speed is slow, you will find it difficult to get your backlog completely cleared. So there is one thing which you can do. It’s not a complete solution but it’s surely better than your portal to nothing. No need to clear the whole backlog. Just take good questions from all chapter that are left. Most of the people first solve their coaching modules, then move to past 34 year questions and then other books. This is not the right order to follow when it comes to backlog removal. There, you should follow this law=> Past 40 years >> Coaching practice problems from sheets >> Coaching modules >> Other books. Follow this way to ensure that even if you are not able to get your complete work done, you should at least have all basic concepts of those chapters cleared.

PHYSICS for physics first of all understand theory then apply it. Read HCV. Great book. Do each and every question of HCV, understand it and I guarantee you 70 percent marks in jee advanced. Great book. Now u know HCV, read class 12 physics NCERT and fluid chapter from class 11 for sure. Preferably read entire NCERT of class 11 too. Now u R done with concepts. Pick up a great book for 12 level. IE IRODOV….. Don't rush for solutions…enjoy it. The mechanics part is good. Very good….. Doing it u will feel its too tough, but with time u will starting going….. Fight with question…. If u can't do a question once don't leave it there…try each question at least in two different sittings…electro is simple, JEE level.. Do selected questions of heat and SHM, optics…no modern.. Now you R set in physics…now it's your call If you want to practice upto normal thought pick up ashish arora or anurag mishra orBM sharma.any will do But if u want to increase your horizons, see physics in another light, want to increase your concentration power and prepare for full marks in jee attack krotov and advanced problems in school physics or pathfinder. Personally recommend this option. Loved these books. b) CHEMISTRY Bro its a very very very important subject. It will make or break rank. Myself was miserable at it so can tell u how much it will cost you. Study it. All the NCERT are important I didn't read theory of physical chemistry from anywhere but have heard that p bahadur is fine. For practice go for N awasthi. For even tougher problems go for neeraj Kumar of Pearson. If u solve these two full marks guaranteed For inorganic chemistry read NCERT….. I repeat read NCERT….. Read NCERT…can't stress this point enough…. Don't go for random books…NCERT…I lost marks in jee coz didn't remember a line…cram up each line…. Read JD Lee of chemical bonding, coordination, salt, metallurgy. Do this and great marks guaranteed. Organic…. . Well remove whatever u have heard about it…. Learn with an open mind and its very easy, learn with preconceived notions it's horrible…. Study organic with mechanisms…. In starting follow Solomon, sykes later go to Morriston, LG vade, etc. Practice easier questions first that is first solve modules then go to MS chauhan. No guarantees…….. The time u spend with books here will dtermine your marks….. Great subject…u will either love it or hate it. No middle way. 3)MATHS Well one of the most important subject. Well usually the belief is that it is all about practice. Dude we couldn't be more wrong. Maths has an underlying beauty, a symmetry, a process. Study theory. Study proof. Study how do we proceed further. Try and think how do we tackle a problem. How do we join the dots of a problem. Arihant series is good overall. If u complete it and do material of well known coaching, you will cross a threshold level. For next level do bansals old material or Allen's SRGBT or fiitjee GMP, or aakash success magnet. Do any of these for maths for sure. Try for physics too. If u have finished of one institute, pick up another's. TESTS No one can tell u how important these R. Give a 6 hour test. Then analyse where u went wrong. Write down all the mistakes. Pledge to never repeat them. Remove one type of mistakes in each tests. This is what will decide your rank.
