Settlements should Not be allowed. This case should follow the Larry Nassar case, where he was sentenced to over 100 years in prison, and has to pay out hundreds of millions of dollars. But he was criminally charged. That's the most important. Not just a cheap payout, not to bring justice to the victims, but to protect the celebs career. If Buzzbee is willing and does accept literal hush money to not pursue these lawsuits and Doesn't name these r.apists?.... It will be Inexcusable. He would be letting these people go free, and only because they have money. Justice, public reckoning and any criminal charges are more important than any payout.

Just because there is a settlement, Tony Buzbee stated that the cases he took, the victims have to be willing to talk with FEDS because he plans on cooperating with the FEDS. He already stated he instructs each person. He also stated that he only taking cases he can vet and prove. So even if they settle with the civil suit, it doesn't protect them in a federal case. Buzbee stated that some of his clients have already spoken with FEDS.
