A incarcerated person cannot profit $100 million. That’s impossible. It’s possible that it could go to his family, but it will never go to him while he is in jail. The maximum commissary is $50 a day a prisoner with $100 million would literally own and run the prison in every single aspect. In fact with 100 million you could probably own most of the prisons.
