i think the reading the strand on gel was 5"--- > 3" , Because new strand will have the polarity of 5" -----> 3". Thank your for explanation.

At 6.28 it is dNMP in DNA because in DNA while adding dNTP two phosphate come out to provide energy with the help of pyrophosphate ,this energy helps in adding dNMP in DNA

mam plz as there the only one each daughter strand Is formed each tube coz there will not form another daughter strand in each tube as the becoz DDNTP binds once hence no other strand forms after that then how you come with more than one strand in a respective tube

if we add all the dNTP's then how will get the exact length we only add one specific ddNTP and rest 3 dNTP's ... And in gel the sequence is 5'-3' not 3'-5'.

No we don't find strand under the tubes.. we run this sample on agarose gel.. and according to strand length it got separated..

The larger fragments should b ag bottom in gel agarose bands, n the shortest fragments at the top, but here the fragments depicted by u r reciprocal. But however u solved my confusion finally thank h so much
