Uracil he highly reactive compound and chances of mutation will be very high if uracil will there and DNA is higly stable so it need removal of uracil..

Mam this one right 😊aap se hi sikha he❤ DNA uses thymine instead of uracil primarily for stability and repair reasons. Thymine makes DNA more chemically stable and less prone to mutations. Uracil can be produced by the deamination of cytosine, which would make it hard for repair mechanisms to distinguish between uracil that should be there and uracil resulting from damage. By using thymine, DNA ensures better accuracy in genetic information storage and reduces the likelihood of errors during replication and transcription.
