This BlazeHedgehog guy was really trying to make moves and build up hype during the classic era of Sonic. Even when his Sonic 2 beta didn't go off the way he wanted, he then RETURNED to try again for Sonic Advance 2 before it even came out. Props to him for the lengths he went to, even trying AGAIN for a Sonic Adventure 3 and so many others. Mad respect.

But when you fool the eminently gullible fans of this franchise, you have to scramble for some explanation about "awareness" or "hype", because there is... not a surplus of self-awareness among them. Loving these compilations. I really needed more stuff to fall asleep to, and it can be hard to find nice, long chill videos. Also, I remember very distinctly the Sonic 3D Blast level select "rumor", as it happened to me when I was a little kid. I had no idea it was triggered by jiggling the cartridge so as far as I was aware, it just happened out of nowhere. Kinda freaked me out!

There's plenty to know about him from a behind the scenes autobiography, I think, called Destiny of the Dragon. There was a time when Nagoshi skipped going to a doctor due to back pain so he decided to go to sega to continue work. He was in pain while developing one of the games.
