It probably sounds (and maybe is) cringe, but I was literally having one of the worst days in recent memory. Like one of those days where there doesn’t seem any point to anything. Anyway, about 3 mins into the video, I realised I was smiling and it felt nice. Thanks Diego. Thanks Nina.

Hapkido 합기도 is Korean hybrid of martial arts including joint locks, grappling, throwing techniques, kicks, punches, and other striking attacks. Also teached are the use of traditional weapons, including knife, sword, rope, nunchaku (ssang juhl bong), cane (ji pang ee), short stick (dan bong), and middle-length staff (joong bong), gun (analogous to the Japanese jō), and bō (Japanese), which vary in emphasis depending on the particular tradition examined.

I love Nina's interviews way more than any other interviewer of fighters, i actually love that she doesnt just talk about the ufc or the actual foghting but instead gets to know them and even goes above and beyond with very thoughtful personalised gifts even to fighters shes meeting for the first time, she incorporates detailed parts of their life that she has obviously thoughtfully and diligently doing her research. Also i love her 'quirky' personality and little jokes, shes really funny just naturally. And as a bonus, not because of it like some other women int he sport, she is also a fine fine looking lady 😉 lol.

As is typical in a Nina interview, there are million things going on all at once here 😂. The unintentional hilarity of a Bullshido "martial art" like this "rapkido" being said with a Brazilian accent as "hapkido" (an actual martial art), Diego looking like he's about to tell Nina that "tonight will be the night" that he will fall for her without actually being emo, and Poatan casually refereeing this interview.
