The vnt 15 has one of the highest turbine speeds of any turbo out there because it's so tiny! They all whistle so great

Try cycling the key a few times before cranking it

the glow plugs would heat up just as much as if you'd do it once, there's no need to do it multiple times b4 starting the engine

​@@r32mk4geverytime you heat the glowplug you also heat the local area of the plug in the cylinder... Hitting it multiple times does dump heat into the cylinder that comes in useful later lol

Seems like it’s off on either timing, injection quantity, glow plug ain’t working either, and sounds like turbo either has a slight boost leak or is on its way of going out

That's probably the Evry pump mod, it cranks the injection quotient way up by faking the pump out with a resistor
