This is one of the rare few of Otis elevators that has the rem system installed Rem stands for remote elevator monitoring and requires another phone line, which is why it is rare to see this

Great tour and nice church. Next time, please get a closer look at the electronics while the elevator is moving. The machine room was pretty awesome and orderly too.

On some of those you can lift the lid on the pump tank so you can look at the valve block.

The only problem with a submersible low-pressure pump is that they use more power than a dry high-pressure pump. You can run one of these with a 5hp dry type pump; it takes a 30hp pump to do the same thing on a low-pressure submersible system.
