(December 2014) TO THIS DAY people still ask me what happened to my 1997 Ford Ranger. This video will answer the question. Also enjoy the last tour I ever did of the pickup. While I still miss it at times, it was starting to have issues.

I currently own a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, 4.0 V6 with 259,000 miles, i got true dual Flowmaster mufflers with 2 1/4 pipes, a Spectre cold air intake, sounds sweet for a V6, it's easily one of the best trucks ive owned.

i remember you coming to get me in that little truck from the TA when i used to driver OTR for swift and i really liked it was in the market for a small truck and my uncle found me a 99 Mazda b4000 it looks almost identical to yours but with the super cab on it same color told him yes do not let it get away actually it IS a ford ranger XLT but with fancy trim and mazda badging the truck actually came from ST. Louis funny enough. the 96-99 always had coolant issues the 2.3 and the 4.0 had terrible head machining and thats what is wrong with mine they usually crack between the valve seats bad thing about mine vs your straight 4 is they have to pull the whole engine out on the 4.0's to do heads but i can say i miss my old black honda Delsol with fancy stripes on it the 48mpg it got beats the pants off my 18mpg the mazda gets but you are right they are enjoyable capable little trucks hope you and Zach have a great Christmas

In theory the dent couldve been fixed but replacement parts wouldve probably been very expensive and it would probably be hard to take the broken stuff out since the impact probably damaged the various bolts and connectors and besides the driver door was jammed

The oil pump went out in at and the engine seized at around 270000 miles.

I don't know about Virginia's hit and run laws, but here in Washington state, they are a felony. And it'll get you accommodations at one of our 5 star iron bar hotels.

That's sad. It seems like one big bang then the vehicle is declared totalled. I have a car that a tree felled on. We're concerned if we turn it to insurance. They will declare it total. They probably don't consider the 1997 vehicles worth to fix. I would consider older things worth it.

I can’t believe someone totaled your truck Andrew if I was gonna hall it off I would’ve took parts off the truck that was still good like the tailgates and headlights the gas cap could’ve been pried open with a crow bar and the driver door that was kinda jammed shut I would have a buddy try to open it from the outside while I try to kick the door open from the inside was somebody wreckless driving down the road and just ran into your truck plus at 4:48 do you still have that celebrity 1987 car

Yes I had a 93 Ford Ranger 2.3 with a 5 speed was July 6th i got hit in the passenger side and Rolled was a hit and Run Lima Ohio POLICE found them and No Insurance Glad my Insurance covered my Hospital bills with my cain now too They went to jail and got out on 1500 bond For me i got Nothing And the prices for a good 94 Ranger is between 7 to 14000 its flat crazy anymore But life is like candy you never know
