Greetings from El Paso, TX. I recently had a mishap and both hood hinges of my '83 240D were severly damaged. Can you please recommend a supplier to purchase a set? I have explored several salvage yards with no luck. Thank you for your help. Robert

Good evening! Thank you for video, Diesel Mercedes! 😜 Dont mean it as "an advice from an observer", perhaps it could be much easier to disconnect the springs first? Not a problem to do when the hood in top (second) position. The springs hooks removes easily off the holders. The W-123 ' s hood is VERY heavy. Only welltrained person 💪 can do it alone!
