The important thing in order to cure IBS naturally are 1) avoid fast foods and processed foods 2) increase your soluble fiber intake 3) collagen supplements or bone broth are very beneficial 4) ginger and peppermint oil , milk thistle,chamomile etc are one of the best natural remedies 5) add a quality probiotic supplement that contains at least 10 strains and 25 billion CFU's 6) add digestive enzymes 7) flax seed oil or walnut oils are very good inorder to promote intestinal health 8) add chlorophyll juice or powder 9) Prebiotics fiber and fiber in general must be increased from non triggering sources 10) LOW FODMAP diet is very beneficial 11) regulate your sleep and focus on stress management .
