thank god no joint pain, but i recently took on running ,and sometimes i noticed i feel discomfort in my left hip after a run witch is a few steps before pain, my knee discomfort from cycling got resolved with a better and more size accurate bike,now am hoping this gets resolved so i can run as much as i want without fear of hurting my joints after watching this video i made this salad 1 can sardines 3 cloves pressed garlic 1 cucumber 1 and 1 pickle half a red onion and pecans (had no walnuts) salt to taste.. would have used leafy greens,but none at hand

صحت اللہ کی بڑی نعمت ھے۔ انسان کی زندگی بہت بڑی نعمت ھے اور پھر انسان کےجسم میں اعضاء بھی ایسی نعمتیں ہیں کہ جس کے بارے میں اللہ فرماتے ہیں "وَ فِیْۤ اَنْفُسِكُمْؕ-اَفَلَا تُبْصِرُوْنَ(سورہ الزاریات) ترجمہ: اور خود تمہاری (جسم) میں (اللہ کی قدرت کی نشانیااں ہیں) ،تو کیا تم دیکھتے نہیں ؟ اللہ کی نعمتیں اتنی زیادہ ہیں کہ ان کا گننا بھی ممکن نہیں۔فرمان الہی ھے: " وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ لاَ تُحْصُوهَا (سورہ النحل) ۔ ترجمعہ: اور اگر تم اﷲ کی نعمتوں کو گننے لگو، تو اُنہیں شمار نہیں کر سکتے۔" ہم اگر اللہ کی نمتوں کا شکر ادا کرینگے تو اللہ کا وعدہ ھے کہ ان میں اضافہ کرونگا ( لَئِنْ شَكَـرْتُـمْ لَاَزِيْدَنَّكُمْ ۖ (سورہ ابرہیم) ترجمعہ: اگر تم شکر گزاری کرو گے تو مزید (نعمتیں) دوں گا۔ اس لئے آئے ہم سب خوب اللہ کی نعمتوں پر شکر ادا کریں۔ زبانی اور عملی بھی۔ تاکہ ہماری نعمتوں میں اضافہ ھو جو اللہ نے وعدہ فرمایا ھے۔ Translation in English: Health is great blessing of Allah( God) Life of a person is a great blessing of Allah(God). And then, the blessings in a person's body are such that Allah has Himself mentioned in Quran "وَ فِیْۤ اَنْفُسِكُمْؕ-اَفَلَا تُبْصِرُوْنَ" Translation: And in your own body, there are a number of blessings of Allah, don't you see) Allah's blessings are so many in numbers that its counting is impossible. Allah Himself in Quran says "وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ لاَ تُحْصُوهَا" ( Translation: And if you count Allah's blesdings, you cannot count these). If we thank Allah for these blessings, He has promised to further increase these. Allah promises in Quran "لَئِنْ شَكَـرْتُـمْ لَاَزِيْدَنَّكُمْ" ( Translation: If you pay thanks, these blessings will be increased further. Therefore, let us, we all, pay many thanks, verbally and practically, for these blessings so that our blessings are further increased as promised by Allah.

@P This I'm 46. Been lifting weights for 30 years. Most of my major joints hurt these days, my biggest problem is my shoulder joints. I can no longer work out with any real amount of rigor, without serious and lasting shoulder pain. As for food and chemicals, I try to eat as healthy as I can, but if something in particular is exacerbating my issue, I have no idea what it is, or how to figure out what it is. As for arthrosis, I have no idea on that either. My doctor just says I'm getting older, and it's normal. 🤷♂️

i have knee pain even tho i exercise daily and after 18 months of exercising my physique has really been changed a lot . well one year ago i was having white hairs on my head and many of them , but now literally after exercising for a year i don't have a single white hair . Also i don't know what actually happened, but probably because of exercising daily it helped in removing toxins from my body . still suffering from knee pain, and elbow pain while swinging hand (whenever i throw something)

Hydrogenated oils and processed food like sugar made my joint pain worse. Real meats seemed to help. Avoiding nightshades helped also.
