as summer approaches quickly,
and I've brought you three diet recipes ๐๐
Most people think that diet food is not tasty,
but the recipe I brought is really delicious and simple,
so if you are on a diet, please make it and try it ๐ซถ

- Yubuchobap(Fried Tofu Stuffed with Rice) ๐ฃ
1. Gently squeeze the moisture from the tofu, stir-fry in a pan to remove the remaining moisture.
2. Once most of the moisture from the tofu is gone, scramble egg on one side of the pan.
3. Put the tofu nicely in a bowl, stir-fry 150g of minced beef.
(You can use any meat you prefer)
4. Add 1 tablespoon of mirin, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, and pepper, then stir-fry.
5. Mix agar rice with the prepared tofu filling/
6. Add the sweetened liquid from the tofu pockets and sesame vegetable flakes, and mix them altogether.
7. Stuff the tofu pockets with the seasoned filling and you're done!
- Buckwheat Noodles ๐
1. Boil the buckwheat noodles for 6 minutes until cooked, steam them for 2 minutes.
2. Rince the noodles under cold water and drain them.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and some sesame oil and mix.
4. Garnish with seaweed and green onions on top of the noodles and you're done!
- Keto Kimbap ๐
1. Prepare carrots and cucumbers by slicing them in thin pieces.
2. Drizzle olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the carrots.
(Just until the carrots are slightly softened)
3. Add fish cakes to the frying pan and add a little water.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 table spoon of soy sauce, and a half spoon of buldack sauce.
5. Don't forget the pepper.
6. Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, then simmer.
7. Make the egg crepes
8. Place the egg, perilla leaves, fish cake, carrot, cucumber, pickled radish, and burdock root on top
9. Roll it up nicely and you're done!
