✔️Almond blossoms - 1 tablespoon
For cream:
✔️Thick yogurt - 200 gr
✔️Cream cheese - 200 gr
✔️Sweetener (Stevia 1/2 teaspoon)
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 159.65 kcal.
Protein - 10.76 g.
Fat - 12.15 g.
Carbohydrate - 3.31 g.
