For an avocado don't squeeze it to check for it's ripeness. The stem on the top, if still there, can be flicked off. If it is green on the avocado where the stem was it is fresh. Also, look for a darker green skin. A little medium green, but mostly dark green means that it is ripened. 🥑😊

If you don't eat healthy fats you'll find it harder to lose weight. Its helps your hormone system and also fires up you metabolism to increase your fat burning potential.

So I keep avocados in the fridge I'll buy like 6, unless I'm freezing them, but if you put them in the fridge they dont get ripe nearly as fast, so I put 2 on the counter in a paper bag for a day and they are good to go. I do the same thing the next day and I always have ripe avocados.

Try to make a small depression in the avacodo, if the skin sinks in really easy it's too ripe, if it doesn't give easily it's not ripe yet.

Do you have any suggestions for people (or moms lol) that are on the go? For someone who doesn't always get to stop and sitdown for those meals.

When you buy avocado, to know that it is ripe. You just try to squeeze it, if it soft it means that it's ready to eat. If it's hard you need to wait for 3 to 4 days to guarantee that it is ripe.

I can't buy food , because there's no home delivery for all of this week . Local store running out of food . Looks like l'll be losing weight by not having much food to eat. And it's all because people are panic buying, and hoarding, due to the Corona Virus.
