I'm also 64kg!! I weighed myself today, after a month. But I am happy. In October I was 69kg. 💛 My goal is similar to yours, 54kg. I hope that you're okay, you have not gained much, and you had the holidays and your honeymoon, good memories and healthy habits are all that counts, you will be in a place where you feel happy soon. 🥰💛💛🌈

Got on the scale and I too got a shock after I too had a holiday and Christmas. I am now 69kg again will work hard to get lower to my goal.

Even tho its hard at first ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT! You will look and feel soooo much better with time! Just dont forget to have a rest day and I suggest u dont push urself too hard!

Yes, it's hard at first, but like the other person said, it is worth it! When I started yoga classes, my legs hurt and cramped when I tried to lift them 😂 but it gets easier every time. I recommend warming up, starting off slow but doing at least 30 minutes, and several times a week!
