Aap hi wo bnde hai bhai jisko dekh ke mai fitt rhna sikha.. Mai hmesha fit rehne ke liye koi bodybuilder ko follow krta tha to wo apni diet me kahi n kahi nonveg use krte the..aur mai thehra sudhh shakahari...to bhai jab se apko follow kiya hun mere dil se ye awaj aayi ki bss yhi wo bnda hai jise mai dund rha tha..thanks bhai aise hi rhna faulad jaise.. Ek chij aur apke video me yaar puri pardarshita (transparency) rehti hai!!! Jo i think mere sath sath baki bhaiyo ko bhi pasand aati hai...once again thank you brother!! We love you!!

This is a myth..listen water is life bt it doesnt mean that u would drink 10 lit water so eat soya bt in moderation remember plant hormone nd human hormones are different..if u dont believe me do test of ur testosterone level now nd eat 50 gm soy chunks for 3 months then check again if ur test level decreases then stop it
