Thanks for your video I am 70 kg, 169 cm height, hardworking in gym 5 times in a week.. As of now as Pre workout - Banana smoothie. Post workout - boiled chicken, 3 eggs and 4 Chappathi Lunch - white rice plus chicken 2 piece Evening - 2 boiled eggs Dinner - 3 boiled eggs, 4 pieces of boiled chicken and little rice. So kindly suggest me the food intake time schedule along with its quantity and the protein foods to get shredded ... Please

मेरे भाई यतिंदर सिंह एक बार इसके ऊपर भी वीडियो बनाओ कि बॉडीबिल्डिंग करने वाला शख्स को कितने नींद की जरूरत होती है सुबह उठना है जिम जाना है आकर खा कर सो जाना है फिर शाम को जिम जाना है उसके सो जाना है। अगर आप जिम जाकर रोज सुबह-शाम दो-दो घंटा मेहनत करेंगे तो आप दिन में कोई काम नहीं कर पाएंगे। और अगर काम करने की कोशिश।तो जिम से डिस्टर्ब हो जाएंगे। और फिर कसरत नहीं कर पाएंगे। यह रूटीन आपको 2से 3 वर्षों तक लगातार दोहराना होगा। जितने भी बॉडीबिल्डर लोग हैं यह लोग पैसा कमाने के लिए और प्रोटीन पाउडर बेचने के लिए यह राज को छुपा कर रखते हैं। पर जिम में जाने वाले युवाओं को भटकाते हैं उन लोगों को उल्लू बनाकर पैसा कमाते हैं। जिसके पास अपराध पैसा और धन होता है वही बॉडी बना सकता है। बाप के पास बहुत अधिक धन हो तो वह बेटा घर में सो सो कर जिम में ज्यादा के कसरत खा खा कर अब बेहतरीन डाइट फॉलो करके वह बॉडी बना सकता है। आदमी स्वयं काम करके जाब करके बॉडी नहीं बना सकता। गरीबों के लिए बॉडीबिल्डिंग नहीं होता। यह सारा खेल पैसे और मेंटली फोकस। का है मेरे भाई। और बॉडी बिल्डिंग में कोई कैरियर नहीं होता है। बस आप बॉडीबिल्डिंग करोगे तो जिम का ट्रेनर बन कर बैठ जाओ या एक जिम खोलकर बैठ जाओ और लोगों को उल्लू बना बना कर नकली प्रोटीन पाउडर बेचते रहो।
