ICMR की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि भारत में बीमारी का 56.4% बोझ अनहेल्दी डाइट की वजह से है. रिपोर्ट ये भी बताती है कि अगर हम भारतीय अपने खाने पीने की आदतें थोड़ी भी सुधार लें तो मधुमेह और हार्ट अटैक जैसी तमाम बीमारियों को काफी हद तक कम कर सकते हैं.

आप कैसी ही डाइट खा लो, परंतु जब तक आप को हवा और पानी शुद्ध नही मिलेगा, तब तक आप स्वस्थय नही रह सकते। भारत के सभी शहरो मे 350 TDS से अधिक का पानी आ रहा है, जो कि 200 TDS से अधिक नही होना चाहिए। जिसकी वजह से liver और kidney कि कार्यक्षमता कम हो जाती हैl

Khane Guide line bus se kuch nahi hona khane ki gunvatta fal sabji anaj chemical fertilizers eski guide line ko bhi kadai se palan karaya jaye barna ap kitna bhi sada khana khaye fal sabji khaye milega kya chemical
