Stop taking packed foods like biscuits, ketchup, cornflakes, jam, bread, cold drinks, lassi, cakes, bakery items, namkeens, sweets, chocolates. Eat healthy home cooked fresh foods and get natural protein from diet.

ICMR, should look into the aspect of Fresh /Foods be it Dairy/ Fruits & vegetables. Fresh meats from Merchants /who provide fresh cut on daily basis. ICMR may recommend use of freshly grinded Masala’s rather than packed/ adulterated & most times loose their textures & digestive values. I have been associated with ICMR /AIIMS from the times of Dr VRamalingaswsmi.
