I have had UC for many years and it is such a relief to finally hear that diet does affect IBD. I have been told on many occasions that diet does not matter, but I know for me it does. Thank you.

Is diet supplementary or your main treatment for IBD. I am recently diagnosed with chrons and now on steroids . I am looking for ways to be in remission
