I bought this product after watching this video.I wanted exactly this product because the video and the way she explained was really nice. I bought it last February 2021 and it stopped working afer one month. The service is very very poor. My present occupation is writing complaints and repeated discussion of the problems with every who calls me over the phone and no solution. The 1000 Watt motor is very pathetic. My 750 Preethi Mixie works far better.Anyway the appearance of this waste is amazing.

After using a superior food processor like Singer (Lady Chef) for almost 8-9 years, we never believed that any food processor could be better than Singer. After detailed feedback from this channel, we bought Usha Food Processor, which is miles ahead of Singer or any other Food Processor. We have been using Usha for shakes, slicing of onion, chanteys (Dips), orange juice etc. with great success. Some weeks back we minced mutton for making kababs, it was great experience, as keema was prepared within 2 minutes. 4 days back we decided to stop ordering Dosa batter from online stores and make it in Usha Food processor. The experience was exceptional as (1) batter was perfect. (2) whereas Singer food processor used to take 20 to 30 minutes for preparing batter, it was prepared by Usha within 4 minutes because--- (a) the Usha jar is much bigger and (b) Usha motor is much stronger. Chanteys, which used to take 15-20 minutes in Sanjeev Kapoor's mini Wonder Chef 3 jar mixer, are prepared by Usha Food Processor within 1 to 1.5 minutes . Great Food Processor. Highly recommended for prospective buyers.

The funny thing about appliances like this is that it's great for ads like this. The consumer will get enticed by all the functions and end results that this particular device can provide. So much so that you will eventually buy one of these. Now coming to the user perspective. Trust me, It makes life a little bit simpler, yes. With the catch that you're prepared to wash and clean it thoroughly after every single use. That in reality can feel like a lot of hassle. Plus the noise during usage. The centrifugal juicer and the dough kneader don't really work as advertised. Most of the fruit pieces would still be in chunks inside the blender compartment, and some stuck just around the inner sieve. Again, cleaning it is another topic. And the dough kneader, notice how the entire equipment rattles when the dough becomes a solid chunk? The plastic durability is to be seen, and I'm not sure it will withstand the pressures of daily usage. Heck, it would actually feel like a helicopter in the kitchen with all the motions and sounds. It's all good on paper and video. But in reality, you will only use a couple or so of the grinding jars in the end. And the slicers (helps chop up the vegetables quick). That's it. How do I know this? I own a similar product from Preethi for over an year now.

Hi Sukanya...till now I didn't require any service and repair of this food processor..only little sound is more because of it's heavy motor....I m using it in my daily routine..yes I will advise you to buy food processor instead of mixer grinder because it has many multiple benefits to make your kitchen work make easy...now come on the brand ..so till now I don't have any problem in this food processor and I m not permoting only usha food processor, I m permoting it's benefits whose I felt..so in the market so many food processors are available like Usha ,Preethi,, Inalsa, prestige, Morphy Richards etc..so according to your priority you can buy any brand ..when we purchased this we saw so many brand, then we finalize this because of this compact design ,motor power,price and it's main big unit jar...so now you choose any of these according to your choice. But yes go for food processor instead of only mixer grinder...

Hi ..I didn't use Inalsa Inox but Inalsa reviews are good...I m using Usha food processor . It is good food processor and all in one ...quality wise both are good and yes usha food processor has noise level little more but don't know about Inalsa food processor noise level.. service wise I didn't require any service till now... carrot juice came out very well in Usha food processor...you can watch any Inalsa food processor review and my video on usha food processor then you can figur out comparison.. according to my experience of usha food processor, it is very good product

Hi @Dietichen, I find all the jars including master chef jar quite big in size.. which is good though. we are a family of two, considering the size of all jars, is this machine efficient to grind, chop, knead and perform other functions in small quantities? Hi..yes you can chop single onion,tomato puree..you can grind 5-6 pieces of cinnamon, cardamom powder and 1 katori of knead... between Preethi n Usha only difference is that Preethi takes more space than Usha, due to wide base.. and the main unit size jar is small in Preethi, I prefer main unit size to be big ...otherwise no more difference in between these two.. Preethi is cheaper than Usha..we also searched so many food processor before buying then we chose Usha according to our priority..I think now you can take the decision.. For small family size, even Philips Food Processor is quite good and less space taking also a bit cheaper compared to Usha. You can find Amazon links in the description section of this video, both for Philips and Usha. Pls use those links to buy, if you are buying from Amazon we get some benefit from that.

When the Government desires, the products will be manufactured in India, but as for now, all the food processors are using components imported from China. We have been using Singer Food processor, which even after 17-18 years of continuous service, is doing excellently, without any breakage or failure. After watching this channel and having very fruitful interaction with the host, we have bought Usha Food Processors only 2 days back. I can say that Usha is a very superior product, I believe, it is the best Food Processor in the market.

Hi Pankaj.. actually mere paas isse pahle Bajaj ka food processor tha usme bhi french fries ka proper option nahi tha ...muje nahi lagta ki kisi bhi food processor me french fries ka proper option hoga ..but gajar ke halwe ke liye to aap isme grating kar sakte hai ...other wise iske alawa Preethi, philips etc inme check kar sakte hai..

I m using this product in my daily routine and I am satisfied....we also searched a lot before buy food processor after a lot of research we chose this according to our priority like space..look and feature...So overall I find it very usefull and satisfactory. But you might have different priorities so go according to that . If you find a better version of the food processor then do go for that...but do buy a food processor as it makes kitchen chores easier.

Hi..Processor 3811' comes with a 3.5 liter processing bowl and two levels of speed - high and low, the 'Usha Food Processor 3810' comes with a 2.4 liter processing bowl, and high, medium and low speed feature.

Very good review. Just one point, Do you still recommend for Usha Food Processor? how are their jars? Are they made of Plastic or Polycarbonate. Polycarbonate jars do not break if dropped accidently. Have you experienced any problem, while using this food processor?

We are using it quite extensively from last many months without any problems. Jars are mentioned as impact resistant in Amazon's Usha FP3811 product description not sure if it is Polycarbonate or high grade plastic. Till now we have not dropped any jar, so have not experienced or tested the unbreakability ourselves, but yes there are many complaints in the feedback section of the Amazon website and also in comments section of our video by some viewers, for some customers jar has broken on accidental drop. Not sure which other companies jar are unbreakable. Other features of this product are quite good. We also just took the risk of buying it when we saw such comments on Product page, as similar comments are there for almost every Product. So far we are happy with the decision, is all I can say.

I have been using it from 6months i say it's is good only slicing shredding and chopping. Juicer is absolutely waste we can extract only few juice lots of wastage remains . And jars are very poor performance

@@ambikapriya2627Ji, realy useful feedback. I have been using a food processor for Last 15 years. It's main bowl is made of polycarbonate and is VERY sturdy. It's jars are also very sturdy. I wonder if the new processor would be able to give same dependable performance.

Hi Atul..2 grind jars come with this processor in which you can grind spices and yes it grinds properly...yes idli dosa paste also came out very well...I use this product in my daily routine and i am satisfied with it..

Yes it does it very effectively, I have been using this for many years now, saves a lot of time and effort everyday, if you are 4 or more members in the family. Cleaning yes is required but it is not that difficult or time taking. Again it is very helpful if you are in a hurry to cook and are doing parallel activities. Making of Methi and Palak dough is also very easy since it can be chopped first in same vessel and then make the dough

We are on verge of buying Usha. We are not sure if Usha can run beyond 1 minute in one go? If we make Idli batter, I suppose that the machine may run for not less than 5-6 minutes. How to handle Idli & Dosa batter, if the machine does not go beyond 1 minute? Kindly share your experience.

So we actually never felt the need to run the processor for a continuous 1 min, and when using it for few seconds also we just give it a 2 second halt and it works just fine . Giving a halt for 2-3 secs will not make a difference and not harm the motor

I have just called Usha Customer care to know the procedure. They said Customer can call Customer Care Number of their country, for India it is 18001033111 From there according to the location of the customer, they will provide nearest service center number. Service Center provides all the spare parts, demos and even all the bowls and blades. For FP-3811 model main bowl they were saying costs approx. Rs. 1200. Either it can be collected from the service center or they can send by courier also. Hope this helps.
