I tried out this recipe today… I thought the result would be good… but it was MIND BLOWING! Thanks for the lovely recipe. My family loved it, they thought it was ordered from outside!?😂🤣 My grandma is on diet, and I specially made it for her because she thought tikkis are amazing. So, I thought why not make her tikkis, but in a healthy and unique way. Then, I saw your video, and trust me I was amazed with your creation. Thank You so much!

For diabetics, to lower carbs even more use crushed almonds or almond flour instead of oats…it’s very tasty and increases protein too!

8 grams of carbs 32 calories Protein 2 grams 8 calories Fat 1 gm 9 calories Fibers depends on vegetables and oats ,oats is insoluble fibers so negligible calories So yes 49. -50 calories excellent
