OPINEL : petite maintenance de mon Opinel n°8

J'ai redonné un tranchant rasoir à la lame et j'ai réduit sa propension à sortir trop facilement du manche, ce qui était dangereux.
I gave the blade a razor-sharp edge and reduced its propensity to come out of the handle too easily, which was dangerous.

Imo the hardest part in maintaining an Opinel is to sharpen it with the same bevel angle. Its a very thin bevel.
