AAC vs CLC Compressive strength is high in CLC block In CLC Block Comp. Strength will increase in future, not in case of AAC CLC nature curring. Water absorption was very low in CLC compared to AAC It can used used for load bearing without any doubt. Wet density was around 950 in clc. Where as 750 in aac. Nails, door can be fixed with using hammer in CLC. Where as drilling machine needed for AAC crack happened easily in AAC due to low went density during production. Not in case of CLC.

Best way of explanation, But i have a suggestion, in the end you can add which brick is good to use for different buildings for ex- house, warehouse, godown, single storey, double storey,etc.

For RCC building CAC blocks are good and less expensive. For Load bearing strus AAC BL cks are good because of high compressive strength .

Very useful comparison. There is one point you did not cover. What is the comparative insulation value of AAC and CLC? I believe AAC provides much better insulation. If CLC is combined with insulation, in order to match AAC, that would increase its cost. If it is not insulated then there is more cost in air conditioning and heating. In the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, where I have worked, I have seen that there is much more awareness of the importance of improved insulation, for comfort and reduced energy consumption, in Europe and the USA. But unfortunately in the Middle East most of the housing is still built without any insulation at all. This is not good for the future of our planet.
