@@hrfundas9733 I'm fresher and still not engaged with any company. And after passing my master came in UAE now and not have any experience but now I realized that experience is necessary for job instead of degrees. I apply for job in many companies as HR Assistant but I have no idea about its activity or working. I watch so much KZbin videos and gained some knowledge about HR Assistant related activities but I want to grab full fledge knowledge......... And I'm sometimes confused that how HR Assistant can perform such task or multi-task? 😔😔

@@aqsachaudhry6138 That's the harsh reality of corporate world. You can look for a recruitment role as there are plenty of opportunities for recruiters. Then you can navigate to the HR function of your choice. Keep looking, you will succeed one day! Good luck!

@@aqsachaudhry6138 try joining as intern and recruiter as ma'am said. Don't say No to any task that your manager would be assigning to you. Be hungry and learn as much as many hr task you can( it's my personal experience) You'd land your dream job one day. And yes, be a Ms Excel ninja. Thank me later😂
