Stay connected with HR people from different companies via LinkedIn, join HR what's app or other social media groups as the information there will be practical and updated. 2. Subscribe to some good HR news letters in your region. 3. Keep reading about or researching the new HR trends other companies are following. This will help you to remain updated as well as to implement new ideas in your company. Hope this helps!
