You did alleviate some of my concern about rain coming in on the Super Deluxe. I'm still a little worried my young kids will try and treat those side windows as an exit point. The deluxe model is what I plan on going with. Thanks for the video.

yeah, the no see-um mesh windows are very pleasant to look through - you can hardly tell they are there. You'll have to let us know what you think. They are woven in a way where your eyes don't catch each little square like, say, a screen door on your porch.

Super nice tent. Now, if it would have an awning in the back I could attach that to the tailgate of my SUV and with some side wall I have direct access from tent to SUV and vice versa.

I have the 10x14 Deluxe and I love it. I also like Kodiak other models to include the cabin style ones. I would purchase a second tent from Kodiak if they were to incorporate a stove jack.

i have a 10x10 basic that i installed a stove jack and wood stove. Camped in 37 states with it for the past 3 years in 29 deg f to 112 deg. To Alaska in 2020 from Maine.

Darren Votaw the deluxe VX model is the super deluxe - same tent.

The Basic has a 6 foot 6 inch ceiling height and The Deluxe has a 6 foot ceiling height.

That isn't true. The basic, deluxe, and super deluxe all have 6 ft 6 inch heights.

@@John_Claybrook good point. That 9x8 is the exception with a 6' height. The 9x8 only comes in one model which is a deluxe. The larger tents 10x10 and 10x14 all have the same heights of 6.5'. Thanks for mentioning this.
