Buy many sizes and try them. As a teen, my first box of condoms was regular size 54mm. I could not get them on no matter what. Straight out of the packaging, the band is thick, all rolled up, has no stretch and would simply not go down. Then I went for large (56mm), then XL (58mm)and it's a little better with every increment but only marginally. I realised thet even XL are only a few millimeters wider. I ended up finding fitting condoms on internet at 72mm wide and go on as it should. Condoms are one size fit most, not all.

Nope, condoms can be long but will still fit, it is about girth not length. Most condoms will fit most penises.... some brands are different from others, just try a few and have fun in the process.

Mainly depends on girth. If you have a wide penis, then go for the larger size.

I'd advise to use a normal condom size first and go from there. Some guys prefer different makes so it's a bit like shoes, try it on and of uncomfortable or too tight or too loose then try a different brand. Makes and brands vary depending on where on the planet you are. Just test out a few different types. In some countries condoms can be given out for free, so you can test them out before you have sex.
