Gen x get to the point. What work have you done, what projects have you completed and what were the results? In other words, are you competent to do this job. We don't hold your hand, baby, or give out trophies. We do expect a good work ethic, independent accurate workers, and a willingness with the ability to learn quickly. We dont have time to discuss feelings, or play games.
