Guruji, What are the pre requisites of learning Kathak? Because Whenever I got an opportunity to learn this Dance, I feel I may not be able to do the foot work as I have chronic back ache issue and pain in legs. Is it true? Can I still learn it? I am 23 year old.

I have chronic back pain and some days I cannot walk but I have been learning kathak for 5 years. Listen to your body so when you cannot dance, don't force yourself. Some days I cannot do riyaz and some days I can without any problems.
