National Electrical Code NFPA 70 states that that electrical PVC pipe is not supported properly and I would HIGHLY suggest not touching that pipe. You can already see the bent support after the 90° bend to the right. Be careful and make good decisions.

I have a feeling the straps are bent because this guy is using the pipe as a step. Anchoring from the top with 1 hole straps keeps them from being deformed, but this install isn't subject to mechanical damage, aside from the use shown in this video

I don't care about ways to get up that wall other than the ladder that I'll have to use to repair that conduit run, pull out the existing wires that you've ruined the terminations on possibly causing the terminal to Arc and spark causing a fire hazard. Then repull untold thousands of dollars worth of new wire and redo the terminations while the building has no power the entire time because a grown man couldn't be bothered to go get a ladder....
