Is measuring DV DI is same as measuring DI DV ? And is their any way to convert DV DI to DI DV ?

Not in this case, normally the method which is I am describing here is used for low resistance samples. What you are looking for is applicable for high resistance samples. In any case, you might want to take the inverse of the dV/dI in case of resistance samples.
