Have you often seen hamstrings become hypertonic as a result of sciatic nerve impingement (e.g., from stenosis/disc bulges)?

Yes sir especially with L5 or S1 radiculopathies

@@bodyworkdojo Interesting. Ive seen a lot of those lately, even with the upper extremities. Why is that that way? U would think if it is a pinched nerve it is a lower motor neuron injury so it should cause hypotonia instead of hypertonia. Also thank you for the vids, ive been sharing them with my physio friends and its been really helpful
