When you install or mount both the DPF differential pressure sensor and the exhaust gas pressure sensor, do you need to reset or tell the ECU this with the scanner? I know that when changing the DPF (Particulate Filter), it is necessary.

@cransaftvalve734 Hi, no reset is needed, and no such option is available in the scanner.

@@JB_Auto OK, thanks.

If the car suddenly starts to get more frequent dpf regen, 160 km (used to be around 260 km) could it be the differential sensor?
@JB_Auto6 ай бұрын
Yes, it could. Therefore, I utilised that reference data as in the video to be able to exculde or include that sensor during diagnosis.

@@JB_Auto Thanks, i will check it. Can the pipe from this sensor to the exhaust clog, or is that more common with the other one?
@JB_Auto6 ай бұрын
@hkk210 It is possible but very rare. It should be checked during diagnosis.

I have a Mazda 6 2.2d 2019, and I have a error P24AE:00-EC on my car, it's the PM sensor. Do you know where's this sensor?
@JB_Auto3 ай бұрын
@betohoepers That is a differential pressure sensor. its role is to count Particulate Matter PM.

I have an oil leak from near the oil control valve. Any ideas what it may be?
@JB_Auto9 ай бұрын
It could be o-rings or OCV itself. Check also valve cover and around.
@kas58579 ай бұрын
@@JB_Auto Are both prone to fail? do you have the part number of the o-rings?
@JB_Auto9 ай бұрын
@@kas5857 Most likely is the valve cover gasket, you should evaluate.

@@JB_Auto Thank you. I just took a look today and it seems the breather on the rocker cover was blocked with carbon due to injector leaking. So i think the rocker was over pressurising causing the leak. In your experience can i reuse the rocker cover gasket? also the can the injector rubber seals on the rocker be reused?
@JB_Auto8 ай бұрын
@@kas5857 I prefer to replace them every time, but if gaskets are recently replaced and looking good... it is up to you
