Marcel, Marcel, Marcel - we don’t need the manager to “expose” these players who are not able to play his system. On the contrary, we need the manager to hide the players deficiencies. This is what he’s failed to do ALL season and why we’ve dropped so many points. Absolutely a lot of these player need to go, nobody is doubting this, nobody. However, you use the players you can until you’re able to replace them. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, ETH isn’t responsible for even half the problems he’s encountered whilst in charge. However, as manager, he has a responsibility to fix it and come up with solutions. He is failing miserably.

Well, why would the club feel the need to change the players when their deficiencies are being hidden, making them look better than they actually are? Doesn’t it make more sense to expose the players that can’t perform in a new style of play so the higher ups will clearly see who needs to go. It’s risky but even if he goes, the club will at least know that whatever new style of play we want, certain players cannot stay at all.

Our midfield has been the issue for a long time! When we lose the ball our midfield completely loses it's shape and you can drive a truck through it. This stretches our defence constantly and puts them under relentless pressure, especially against the better teams. I'm not sure our formation suits us with the players we have? We need defensive midfielders that can read the game and start transitions forward when they win the ball in the middle! Kobie is great but he's still a kid, he needs help!

"these are his players" i think something that we forget is that most of these players EXCEPT antony, onana and martinez, most were not Erik ten Hags FIRST choice players. mount wanted to leave chelsea, amrabat was done with fiorentina, hojlund apparently is connected. ETH had little options and needed all the help. The whole defense is not good enough for the playing style that got him the eredivisie. The players simply don't trust each other rightly so, bc they get exposed, they're simply not good enough. If ineos keeps these players and sack ten hag they'll probably have to invest more in coaching imo. Give Erik another season with his first choice players suited for any style of play. So, if it doesn't work out the transition to the next manager is a seamless one.

We have to be able to differentiate between no tactic and poor execution of tactic. No tactic is like during ole day where player could do whatever they want. Under ten hag he see from time to time that we try to build from the back with the rotation, movement of the player. The problem is the poor execution of the passing and some player cant protect the ball. So the problem our player cant execute the tactic because poor technique and poor physical level.

Best performing players this season are Varane, Dalot, Garnacho, Miguire, Mainoo, Evans. These players aren't bought by ETH. He bought Martinez who's always injured. Malacia totally not played. Antony for £85M & Holjund for £75M. I wouldn't want them even for £20M. People talking about Holjund potential but I don't see it. His basic skills are not even there. He can't hold on to the ball, can't find space, can't beat defenders, can't pass. All he do is keep leaning onto the defender with his body. He thinks he's strong but you see him everytime landing on hus butt cos he doesn't have the technic. Should use his hands or shoulder not the body. Today's game had 5 ETH players in the starting lineup and 2 others came on as subs. So Marcel, when you are talking about getting rid of players, aren't they ETH players? So he don't have any responsibility for getting these shite players? So stop defending ETH by saying the players are shite as you're basically giving slaps to ETH as most are his players. I think the solution to this man utd mess is to fire Ten Hag NOW!!! because he has lost the dressing room, rarely uses youth, a rigid coach who uses the same sytem every time despite failure & doesn't like squad rotation, then on temporary basis bring a good vibes coach to pamper these prima donnas they might finish top 6 then in summer bring a no nonsense coach like De Zerbi & carry out a PROPER CLEAR OUT.
