haha this is great. I find it hard to get my ego past the physicality of achieving the asanas sometimes and particularly at the moment I'm having some issues wth my knee (specifically 'losing my lotus'!). My teacher is great she said.... "you don't practice just to do lotus do you?!". Which is true but it's still annoying - so now i'm trying to tease myself a bit more about my ego, laugh and remeber why I really practice. But love the humour here, I can really relate!!

That thing how its not about the posture is just BS - your IG is all about advance postures often shot from a rather "immodest" angle.
