I loved this! Thanks so much for including Jesus Christ into this conversation. I often find myself confused about the subject of yoga and Christ. It seems so unfair the stigma that true bible belt believers put on it. Why wouldn't he want you to commune and be healthy at the same time with Him. Thanks again.
