DiFluid Particle Analyzer

Difluid came out with the end-user particle analyzer. It's genius if you think about it - they simply made a very simple tool that the app can actually recognize and you have the very thing to help you check the micron size of you grinder. Its a coaster! Yes! In this video, I made my very own level-upped version of that.

Cool tool. I like it. 😊 Run a quick test with my Q air. Lowest setting was 6nr/18 clicks (according to 1zpresso one should not go under this setting to avoid damaging the burr), the max setting was 30nr/90 clicks. In my case it gave a micron range 1170 - 1460. I took 6-7 shoots on both grinds. Can this be true?

@@bodygabor2339 yes it could be right, the q air is not designed for espresso grind sizes.

Where did you get the acrylic version made. Using the lightbox is ingenious. Do you need to sift so that you get rid of the fines and boulders? I think this causes the reading to be off sometimes.

I have a friend who owns a printing plant. I did not sift anything, I think they should be present at all times and let the analyzer do its job hahahah
