Major concept applied everywhere: Anything water soluble is stored in vesicles and secreted by exocytosis…so here chylomicrons are secreted by exocytosis

Could you answer me please Emulsification is process of keeping lipid droplets emulsified by bile salts after being broken down from large macromolecules by bile phospholipids, not the process of breaking down lipids to smaller lipid droplets by phospholipids Am i right?

First breaking down by mechanical processes ( not be enzymes) and then their separation by bile salts

When bile enters the small intestine, it will mix with the fat globules and will cause them to break down into smaller units called emulsion droplets. This process is called emulsification.

Physiology Open so churning causes some separation of large lipid droplets but mostly it is done by bile which also keeps the droplets separated

Lingual lipase is secreted in mouth but it gets activated in Stomach So Digestion of Fats starts in Stomach केवल कार्बोहाइडेट ही digest hota h 👄 m

It doesn’t need activation but yes in stomach it’s activity is retained…however I think it’s active in mouth as well
