Did I hear you right? Where are are you working to get a 935 elevation or did you mean 9.35? On another thought, we use 1% as 1/8th inch per foot. 96' is close enough to 100' and fine for storm water piping or swales. I love our prints. Plot plans using hundreds and the building plans in inches and feet or a mixture of both on either print.

@jamesrobinson10224 жыл бұрын
It's called parking minimums. For every amount of useable inside space you need x amount for parking. It varies by zoning laws. The cost of constructing parking has the lowest return of investment put in.

I have a question, why do you call a ditch or a depression a "swell" ? I was puzzled and looked up the word to see if it has an alternate definition www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/swell . most of the alternate definitions describe something getting bigger " to form a bulge or rounded elevation" so when you use the term to describe a concave shape rather than a convex shape. it seems off to me.

Are you sure about that? As far as I know they have a 160, 220, and the 250. Maybe you watched one of the videos where Chris visited the Volvo center to try out new equipment? I think he does that pretty much every year, kinda as a vacation.

They had a new 290 last year or the year before but they sold it and bought the 250 instead. Smaller bucket on the 250 vs the 290 lets them use it for clearing trees and stumps more easily. At least that's what i think Chris said in one of his previous videos somewhere. There may have been other reasons too that i don't know about or that Chris didn't mention.
