Digging amethyst in utah even in winter

I’m from cedar city. I had no idea such things could be found so close by. I’m new to rock hounding but am obsessed with amethyst and quartz crystals.

That blue aqua rock is chrysocolla 22:11 I believe.

I know some people have asked but, I've not saw any response from the admin. Where can people find these in Utah!? Other channels have given people the location of places to help people doing their rock hounding. Not the exact but, a close area where we can go please!?
