I suggest locking chock or a boot clamp. For single axel trailers. Where I live the small lightweight trailers get taken a lot sadly. But the boot or locking wheel clamps really work

Put cameras on it that are connected to your phone. That way, if someone tries to steal anything, or they do steal, you have pictures to find them and find your stuff!

Hey just a thought. My husband works for forest river and he said that every trailer is stamped with its own number. On the tongue of the trailer. The place u bought it from should have that information if u don’t. Maybe that will help find yours. Praying for y’all.

Just FYI the AC shouldnt affect the cooling system of the vehicle, back in the day the ac compressor would put a big load on the engine but with newer technology not anymore, if it starts overheating you can turn heat on max and then the coolant goes through the heater core acting as a 2nd small radiator! Keep up the great videos!

I had my H3 for 13 years and it blessed me with 364,000 miles. My transfer case finally gave out and I am blessed with a wonderful mechanic. He knows how much I am on the road on my own and told me it’s time to get another truck. I miss my H3 so much! Y’all’s looks beautiful!

I had a brand new pair of skis stolen from me after I spent the whole summer working very hard as a teenager to afford $420 skis (1978) … that was a lot of money back then and for someone to take them I was devastated…I had only used them a few times that winter season…35 years later my mom gets a call then she calls me…my skis were pawned and found. So what happened to the perp? I don’t have a clue but the brand new skis were in pretty poor shape…and well…my feelings were hurt.

stop leak? nah. thats not true at all. no such thing exists. campers are much lower quality than automobiles. there is no consumer protections no lemon law on rv or such. new units are routinely very poorly built. They are fine after you find the factory mistakes and fix them. As long as it isn't structural.

I used to have a heavy-duty lock that went on the wheel of my trailer when I used to park it at remote job sites. I was working at one site way up a mountain and at the very back end of a subdivision and I showed up one morning and the garage door was forced up about a foot. I knew right away that my tools were probably gone. fortunately they didn't see a bunch of them because it was so dark in the house. This was before I had the trailer. I mean anyone can break into something if they have the time and opportunity. I think the trick is to make it so hard for them that they move on. I know this is the way to lock up a bike. Use multiple locks and make it take time. They'll move on to another bike. You could also get a GPS tracker and hide it somewhere. An old cell phone hooked to a trickle charger or a large battery.

Not sure if you have one but adding a pressure relief style radiator cap will save you from having those nasty ruptured tanks. It’s worth having even if you have a reinforced radiator since the stress on your cooling system will be shifted to another part of the engine like the pump or cooling jackets.

i have a forest river made bunk house camper for its off grid living use I used power system I converted from ,a older camper a 1988 camper i did use it early this week in a snow and ice storm with grid power outage the camp was closed to powered side but i was only one there!! i sorry for your lost!! i don't leave my camper but where I can see it I set it up to live in!! make sure of the wiring & braking systems in GM i have a 2016 chevy truck & it was a government test v6 with a power adder it kicks on with cruse control only after set brake it stays on power side hit the gas it got more power! then off preset!

Y'all were getting closer to some of my mountains. I don't know if it is an issue just in our neck of the woods but some shady folks like stealing catalytic converters on anything high profile and easy to roll under. I had to look up what they were and how to hinder it. You can, for a few hundred, have a metal protective plate put over it to make it hard for thieves to easy cut that out. They even cut the CC off the local Humane Society's van one night. They'd have to be pretty skinny to get under my car but I think even I could roll under your hummer.lol Just a thought.... I have seen at least on video where someone had one stolen from their RV (not around here). It's been mainly SUV, trucks, and vans around here. Frustrating and disheartening.

Try considering installing a GPS device installed and hidden around the roof area whereas it doesn't block the signal and tagged the trailer position to ur phone. and just check the GPS through ur phone once every 3 - 5 days so u know its not out of battery. And do not vlog the hidden GPS device location on the trailer and show the thieves where to find and disabled it.

Arkansas police are the best . Called when I thought I'd lost my wallet at a KOA and a patrol car was there in 20 minutes. Turns outta camper found the wallet and turned it in to managers office - with $80 cash in it! Another time there was a very disturbing camper at a ACE campground. Once again patrol car was there minutes after I called. And the officer made the quiet time violator stop disturbing the peace.

I have a Land Rover and I had 4 trailer hitches put on it one in the back and one in the front and one in the middle of both sides and I carry a winch so I can put it out or other things from any side
